Privacy
What we collect
Your name, company, email address, an optional phone number, your shipping address, and the design file you upload. We also count anonymous page visits so the sender can see how the offer is doing.
Why
Only to make your gift, ship it to you, and email you about it (that your order was received, when your design is ready, and when it ships). We don't send marketing email and we don't sell your details.
Who sees it
The Laser Social, who makes and ships your gift. The company that sent you the offer can see your name, company and where your gift is in the process (for example "shipped"). They don't see your shipping address, phone number or email from us.
When it's deleted
Your shipping address, phone number, email and design file are deleted a short time after your gift ships (30 days unless the offer says otherwise). Orders that are never approved are closed and deleted after a couple of weeks. Your name, company and order status may be kept so the sender can keep track of their gifts. Deleted data can remain in short-lived system backups for a limited time.
